Glaidsdale to Littlebeck

The beautiful sweep of Beggar's Bridge.
Built by the romantic Thomas Ferris

Foreground: Beggar's Bridge.
Background: North York Moors Railway viaduct.

The meandering calm River Esk.
Perhaps the stretch  of water where Mr Mike Green struck lucky?

Grosmont is the home to the North York Moors (stream) Railway.

In 'The Good Old Days' even the dead couldn't escape toll charges

Some 'wooly' company on Sleights Moor

Looking back (west) towards Egton Bridge and Glaisdale.

A marvellous machine 'hissing' hello.

Two old friends from many film and TV programmes: -
Heat beat, Brideshead Revisited and more recently Harry Potter.
